Positive: Although i was on business trip - i felt so at home at the hotel , and very relax at the lobby lounge after each working day
Negative: I would prefer a handy iron in the room to press my little creases on my pants. Sometimes the creases are little and do not actually need laundry service - only a little pressing is needed.
