- minibar (was free/ included in my room rate) contains only very basic assortment - 4 boutles of different water,1 portion of nuts, 1 small piece of chocolate
- breakfast ends at 10am during working days, which is too early
- no iron and ironing desk in the room, which is important for business travellers (all the 4-5 stars American origin hotel chains have it)
