positiv: good und fast service, thats how Hotel Services should be!
positiv: nice room and lobby
negativ: very poor breakfast service, if you have it after 8 o'clock you get the leftovers of other people -there is no real continental breakfast, only the American one is ok if you like eggs, bacon, sausages and the lot, but for 20 euros I would rather go to Starbucks.

negativ: rooms and bathrooms too small for a five star rating. Breakfast service also not up to expectations
