positiv: The room was surprisingly spacious and the beds extremely comfortable. Staf were friendly and courteous and the breakfast was really good and set us up for the day. There were little touches which really helped - like the magnifying mirror for make-up and the apples available at any time in the reception.
negativ: So much was good that it seems churlish to mention the two negative points, but there were a couple of times when we really wished we could have had tea making facilities in the room and I had hoped that, in addition to hair shampoo, conditioner would be provided - as weight restrictions on luggage means that I rely on what the hotel provides - or as in this case - I have to buy my own.
negativ: It was difficult to to find our way round the one-way system to the hotel - directions would have been appreciated
