positiv: I do not stay at any other hotel in Leipzig than the Marriott. The staff and facilities give you a 'welcome home' feeling.
negativ: The internet wifi makes it difficult on occasions to connect to other networks such as vpn for business mail. Also, if the room is facing the brand new shopping mall it is not advised to open the window as there is quite some noise during the night.
positiv: Great location close to central station.
positiv: It's a very clean and modern hotel. Looks like it is well looked after
negativ: Breakfast - I choose the American and was not impressed ; Nuernberger sausages (instead of real American/British/Irish as you would expect) , pan cakes looked like the one from Aldi , beacon was fatty , stripy and certainly not fresh - I must have been the only one that day that chooose it
Room - I can't simply understand why I get a roon directly opposite the elevator when the hotel was not even fully booked ? sloppy work from the front desk
positiv: We had a fabulous time. Extremely attentitive staff, large room and comfortable bath with tub. I would highly recommend this hotel for a weekend break. Perfectly situated in the city centre.
negativ: WLAN very expensive € 12.50. I would expect to get free WLAN in the room of a 5 star hotel
