negativ: When I returned to the hotel at the end of my first day, I found that THE DOOR TO MY ROOM WAS OPEN. Presumably the cleaner had failed to close it. Many people must have walked past during the day, and I consider myself very lucky that no-one took the opportunity to walk in and steal my things.
Basic security is the most important thing that a hotel must provide to its guests. However good the other aspects of the place may or may not be, the fact that a basic security failure like this can happen even once must make this a place that CANNOT BE RECOMMENDED AT ALL. There are plenty of other places to stay in Munich.
positiv: Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Location very good. Easy to find and a nice walk to the city center.
negativ: Serving area and seating for breakfast quite congested
