Directions to hotel
U4 or U5 (Underground/U-Bahn) in the direction of Laimer Platz. Off at Theresienwiese/Theresienhöhe. Take the exit Theresienwiese walk up in the direction of XXXLutz (a large department store)and Verkehrsmuseum. Turn right into Gollierst. which begins between the Hotel Krone and the Pschorr-Bräu.
From all motorways over the Mittlere Ring exit Donnersberger Bridge/Landsberger Strasse in the direction of Zentrum, onto Landsberger Street until it ends. Then follow the street as it bears to the right into Martin-Greif-Street, go straight ahead over the traffic light, make your first right after appr. 300m into GOLLIERSTREET. The Hotel is only a few meters on the left side.

positiv: Convenient to train stations. We came by train from another area of Germany and then took the train to the airport. Both stations were relatively short walks, but the U-bahn is at least 300m not the 150 that is listed.
negativ: Horribly noisy location with barking dogs and police sirens. No AC and it was stuffy so had to leave windows open for air/cooling. Staff not available at the front desk unless you hunt for them. I called the front desk 5 times with no answer. Then I went downstairs and found the receptionist on the phone on a personal call. She made me feel like I was interrupting. I asked for a wake up call so that we could make our early morning flight and was never called. Thankfully I have an alarm on my watch! Generally unhelpful, unconcerned staff.
