positiv: The hotel is very nice and new. I think the service issues can be solved easily by the hotel.
negativ: Room was not quiet, I got a room to the street side. I had a rate were the breakfast was included, but because the roomnumber wasn't on a specific list, breakfast was denied by the special waitress, who checks the room number. She wasn't willing to clearify the mistake by her own. Because the counter was to full and I under time pressure I decided to eat outside the hotel.
