negativ: Management refused to help with directions and indicated that we would not find the hotel without a SAT NAV. Offered little/no advice or empathy given our situation. Considering we arrived no more than 5 minutes after the conversation I found it odd that the staff had no idea of the local area or directions.
positiv: After I got a german-speaking friend to call to arrange the late-checkin there were no further problems; everything went like clockwork. The free internet was a nice bonus.
negativ: it was quite difficult for me to figure out my late check-in; language barrier made calling difficult and emails were not replied; I had to get a german friend to call to organise. Upon late check-in the hotel was quite difficult to find late at night, there was no sign illumination and it was only through my iphone I was able to correctly locate it.
