negativ: we forgot a bag when we left in the morning at 9.30am of the last day and when we came back to pick up our luggage at 2pm the staff at the reception didn't give us the bag that they had surely received from the cleaning lady.
Hotel's comments: When you came back to pick up your luggage you made no mention of missing a bag. You gave us a call from the airport. In the meantime we received this bag from housekeeping.
