Positive: Excellent impression of the finest in small hotel service. We would definitely stay again when in Muenchen. Great location.
Negative: Our first night was somewhat disturbed by a hotel guest in the garden after 10 PM who talked very loudly on his cell for for over an hour right beneath our room window. It was only after I asked the security watchman that he was requested to leave. We we're very tired that evening, just having arrived from Austria after a hiking tour.
Negative: it was very noisy outside, no air con
Positive: the hotel is very convenient to the city centre,at the same time despite the central location the room was very quiet
Negative: the sauna area a little deceiving (there was only one and old bed for the after-sauna relaxation)
Negative: The room was cold. Heating radiator in the bathroom works OK, but the one in the room was cold-warm (Although I fully turned its valve fully on)
Positive: Alex was very helpful and friendly when we checked in. The other folks were very helpful and friendly too.
