positiv: The little hotel is located well and the staff is helpful. We barely had room to open our bags. It is otherwise comfortable and breakfast is decent.
negativ: We stayed during Oktoberfest, so had to expect a bigger price. The rooms are small and we booked a double but got single beds. We were pressured to pay in cash but for no discount and checkout took far too long.
positiv: Free wireless Internet access !! Bathtub in my room (302) Great Breakfast, lots of choice, all you can eat
negativ: The tram passing on Maximilianstrasse is very noisy and could be heard throught the closed window; This is annoying. The "important information" section of the hotel description is saying "opening mid-May" but the hotel is opened now !! Please correct this. It would be good to have more pictures of the rooms within the hotel description.
