positiv: sehr guter Service, Kostenlose Mini Bar,
positiv: Good location. Very quiet.
positiv: this hotel isn’t plush it’s just very smart and perfect, the owner was lovely and his attention to detail paid off
negativ: none realy jsut that there is no lock up for left cases but the reception is happy to look after them & munich is very safe.
positiv: Comments have been made that hotel in red-light district. We felt totally safe, and when out alone I never felt threatened. It is very close to the station, which makes access with cases a dream. The staff are very helpful and being able to use the computer - whilst having a free glass or 2 of wine - was great. I could do the Lufthansa on-line check-in, with print-out, without any problem. Breakfast superb with something for everyone and all staff (and Hausherr who circulates and chats if appropriate) efficient without being obtrusive. If needed - their English is excellent. Thoroughly recommended for business or pleasure, travelling alone (male or female) or as group, short or longer stay.
negativ: Maybe softer toilet paper, rather than scratchy recycled would be nice! That is truly the only negative we can think of!
