Positive: Rooms are excellent and exceeded my expectation from a European hotel. There are complementary mineral water, kettle for boiling waters, coffee make the little things that make staying comfortable and good. The Bose hifi is wondeful! The staff is really helpful with questions and response. Very good beds and pillows. Good rain shower and bath tub. NExt to the central station is really convenient.
Negative: safe was not working. lightings were a bit less bright.
Positive: Excellent Ambience..Makes u feel Like a STAR!
Negative: Should have more TV channels for International Travellers.
And IPOD Connection should work!
Positive: awesome! they have real bell boys that carry your luggage and meet you at the door and everything. its huge and beautiful!

Positive: Nice design and hotel is very new and looks good.
Negative: Very much focussed on business meetings and conferences. The main hall in the middle of the hotel was used for this purpose only. As a consequence the bar was very narrow / incaceptable small and not really up to the standards of such a hotel. Although we pressed the "Don't disturb" button in the room, at 9:00 the service knocked at our door on all 3 days for minibar replenishment (They even made so much noise that without knocking it would have been disturbing.).
