negativ: Even though this was Oktoberfest period, to pay €242 per night for a double bed squeezed into small single room was extortionate.

negativ: Despite advertising, the WiFi is not free at all. Very disappointed as it was a deciding factor in booking at this hotel.

positiv: Excellent location close to U bahn and within easy short walking distance to main High Streets. Very helpful staff and friendly.
negativ: Layout of bathroom was not to my liking and layout of bed with the head to the window was not practical.
positiv: The staff at the reception and at the breakfast area were very polite and helpful. The room (512) was spacious and quite since it was on the back side of the building.
negativ: The room surfaces could be more clean. Both armchairs (room 512) were timeworn. Water from the shower was stagnated on the floor since there was no drain. Sound isolation was poor cause you could easily hear next room calm conversations. In general, public areas like elevator, stair doors and corridors need more fresh air and cleaning.
