positiv: When we arrived earlier than 12Noon, had to buzz for assistance, someone came from restaurant next door. Since we had a very early departure next morning (5am), we could not use breakfast provided, owner provided discount. Owner offered to call a taxi for 5am next morning.
negativ: "free drink" wasn't offered (forgot to ask). Never told about wireless LAN, should have been notice in room about available access.
