positiv: Drei Raben (Three Ravens) is a fantastic hotel with very courteous personnel. The staff even gave me a free drink while they confirmed my room was ready. They escorted me to the elevator and there was even a friendly person waiting on my floor to escort me to the room. They really make you feel welcome there. The room was great, small, but the attention to detail put much larger hotels to absolute shame. The location is perfect, being in the center of everything with plenty of links to public transportation if needed. I can't wait to try it again.
