positiv: Lovely people, fabulous garden area. Enjoyed seeing the rabbits and chickens as we had a beer in the garden!

We were constantly killing flies in restaurant while eating.
Dressed for evening meal on saturday.When we arrived in restaurant it was closed.The owner closed it for the weekend for a family birthday.Imforming with a notice in German on the door.
Knowing we could not understand German,and the owner could speak fluent english,They could have told us.We had no meal that night as my wife was not prepared to go looking for a restaurant.
Sunday breakfast,stale rolls and very little meat and cheese after arriving 3/4 hour after breakfast started.
Appearance of all staff including owners,was not very professional old jeans and top,that included the waitress at breakfast.
One chair no table in room for two.

positiv: The closeness to the airport was very good. Would like to have had a shuttle from the hotel to the airport. That would have been helpful!
negativ: It seemed like a 1-person operation! Difficult to find that one person when we needed something! Language was definitely a barrier. Had trouble being able to get in the hotel to register in late afternoon (around 5 p.m.) because door was locked.....again because the one person was somewhere in the hotel doing something and locked the front door.

negativ: No telephone in the room restaurant very small, offers only basic food
positiv: The hotel staff were very helpful, and the service exceptional. Very clean and comfortable. The sound-proof windows really work. Exceptional food in the restaurant.
