positiv: The service is great, people were very kind and it was a real pleasure. It a very convenient hotel and I will surely come back.
negativ: Not enough towels in the bathroom, only 2small and 1big. Not enough sheets for the bed as well,, it was okay as far as I was alone, but for two people it would have been too short.
They should as well be careful with the freshness of the breakfast products on the buffet, some were dry when I arrived at 8am.
About the room service, how come that the night receptionnist wasn't able to answer my questions and send me to the restaurant directly?
positiv: Kind and efficient reception
negativ: WiFi connection very limited in speed. Hotel room a bit old in forniture. Room level below ground level
positiv: Staff was very polite when I contended I had already paid with the reservation - they insisted we had not. It turned out they were correct (it was the only hotel reservation on our two week trip that was not prepaid) - sorry! So - I expect the 124 Euro bill to show up on my credit card at some point. Again, I apologize for being so insistent!
negativ: Check in and out was very slow.
After paying over €240 for the room - the guest was then charged for a bottle of water offered on the table. Additionally there was another €12 charge for car parking - but when the driver came to exit the carpark, the barrier didn't work so he had to go back to reception to sort the problem out. Very disappointing for such an expensive hotel. Guest comment 'the worst NH hotel he has stayed in'.
