negativ: hotel bed is too soft. Tried to get another room, but unfortunately not possible (apparently only hard beds on smoker room).

positiv: It's clean and quiet,24h reception and staff helpful.
negativ: It's a nice hotel but the room is rather small on the cockloft with an incline roof so it looks not nice enough. And the room is in a devious area through a long distance aisle,it's somewhat fearsome in the night. The room keeper cleared away all my private things showed to her.
