positiv: Young staf, speaking English, wery friendly. Rooms are renovated, spacy, and wery clean.
negativ: hard to find parkng space in the evening.
positiv: Very nice staffs that help us and really very warm hospitality that I have never by now, I will be always chose this hotel for my next trip to Koln and advice to my friends.

positiv: The staff were friendly and accomodating.
negativ: There was no parking available and I ended up getting a 15€ parking ticket for parking on the street. Also, there were no telephones in the room. There was no internet access. This would be OK if you didn't need to connect with the outside world.
