The hotel is situated in Waldburg, a state-approved health resort. Waldburg is centrally located between Ravensburg, Friedrichshafen and Wangen. Notable destinations are the historical castle Waldburg, the games museum in Ravensburg and the Lake Constance island of Mainau. Furthermore, there are well developed cycle paths and hiking trails.
