positiv: Bathroom: clean and in mint condition
Room size: adequate
Location: 10 min on foot to SAP (good and comfortable to reach) ...which is the reason for the overprive by far!!!
Window-hadles not very cleaned
negativ: Kitchendoor is in the staircase, thus the rooms (and the clothes) are smelling like cip fat from day one on.
Outdoor sitting area is directly ahead (and below) of the room-windows (in 1st floor), thus noise till ca. 23.00. (in summertime)
