negativ: WiFi was advertised availible for all rooms. But it had very low signal level in many rooms, probably due to bad engineering from German Hotspot, and you had to be in the reception to stay connected to the SSID, and be able too communicate. Also there was a very complicated registration procedure required and you could not use your smartphone at the same time as your PC as only a single logon was permitted.
In addtion to the unsufficent WiFi the access bandwith to the ISP was very limited(2/0,5 Mbit/s).
The experience with the unsufficent WiFi made the stay problematic regarding modern communication. Today a good connection is essential in Hotels as in homes..
