positiv: Prior to booking the hotel, I requested that the reception stay open 30 minutes late until 10:30. On the day of my arrival, I was in the town at the time I expected, but could not find the hotel. I phoned the hotel for help with directions. The staff decided it would be easier to send a car for me to follow back to the hotel. I arrived with their help at near midnight and I was extremely appreciative of this effort. By the way, this is not to say that this hotel is hard to find. It was dark and I had driven over 8 hours that day and had taken a wrong turn. Once rested and in daylight, it was clear that the hotel is well-situated and quite easy to find.
