positiv: Good view over the city from breakfast room
positiv: Very pleasant staff
positiv: Staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was comfortable and breakfast good. Good value for money overall. I understand that the owner is also the owner of an Italian restaurant in the next street (?Giannis Bistro) and we found this restaurent excellent. (We were the only foreigners in at that time and many of the local German customers seemed know each other and were regular customers; always a good sign.)
negativ: A small point is that the hotel is on the first floor (ie not the ground floor) and access can be a bit confusing as the door to the lift for access is not easily to find. I have used this hotel before and arrived on a dark November evening and had some trouble finding the entrance. It would help if there was a bit about this in the location notes.
