The Flybus offers a very convenient transportation service from Keflavik International Airport to the hotel and back. It operates in connection with all arriving flights. You'll find it immediately on your right when you leave the airport building. The Flybus takes passengers to the bus terminal in Reykjavík. From there passengers are taken to the hotels in Reykjavík in smaller busses. Just tell the driver that you're going to CenterHotel Thingholt and they will take you here!
When you go back you just let us know in the reception on the day before your flight at what time it is and we will figure out what Flybus departure would be best for you. The Flybus picks up at the hotel, brings you to the bus terminal where you switch to a bigger bus and then takes you to the airport.
Driving directions from Keflavik International Airport:
From the airport take the first right at the roundabout and continue in the direction of Hafnarfjörður. Follow signs for Reykjavík and get on the coast road Saebraut. Follow Saebraut until you’re in Reykjavík’s city centre where Saebraut changes its name into Kalkofnsvegur. On the traffic lights there you turn left onto Laekjargata and from there left onto Bókhlöðustígur. Take the first turn to the right and you’ll be on Thingholtsstraeti (written Þingholtsstræti in Icelandic) where CenterHotel Thingholt is no. 3-5 in two buildings, one grey and the other white.
