positiv: The friendliness and effectivness of breakfast service, prima!
Quality and cleanliness of the bathroom - and proper heating.
Location is also excellent.
negativ: Surprising noise during the second night, someone renovated the house or next house by thrilling and hammering at 2 -3 am. Noisy!
negativ: Shabby bedroom, old grubby bathroom. Poor food and service in the restaurant. We were located on the 2nd floor directly above a disco which continued until 1.00pm. Which we compained about but nobody cared despite the bedroom fittings vibrating. Hotel Bar stopped at 12.00 despite privately booked functions continuing throughout the Hotel. Worst Hotel I have sptopped in Ireland, and an embaressment to the city. I should have refused to pay the bill, but apart from dealing with the language barrier at reception, I did not want to make a bad situation worse in front of my travelling partner who was a new traveller to Ireland
