BY CAR
If you’re traveling from the North, take the A1 motorway southbound and exit at FIRENZE CERTOSA Immediately after the toll booths, take the Superstrada FIRENZE SIENA Exit at SIENA SUD and from here follow the signs for the CASSIA SR2/SS2 road towards BUONCONVENTO MONTALCINO ROMA. After circa 55 km, shortly after San Quirico, you’ll come across the bridge traversing the river Orcia and, after circa 500meters, signs to CASTIGLIONED'ORCIA. After circa 300 meters, on a bend, you’ll see a track and a sign indicating Via Francigena - Osteria dell'Orcia. After about 200 meters you’ll reach to the hotel.
If you’re traveling from the South, take the A1 motorway northbound and exit at CHIUSI-CHIANCIANO TERME ,Immediately after the toll booths, take the SP146 road towards Chianciano Terme. After circa 9kms, you’ll find indications for the CASSIA SS2- SAN QUIRICO D'ORCIA-BAGNO VIGNONI road. Once past the small village of GALLINA, follow signs for CASTIGLIONE D'ORCIA-MONTE AMIATA,After circa 300 meters, on a bend, you’ll see a track and a sign indicating Via Francigena - Osteria dell'Orcia,You’ll reach the hotel after about 200 meters.
