Exiting the railway station turn right along the road that runs along the city walls and walk about 500 meters.
Autostrada A11, exit Lucca, follow indication to CENTER. The Hotel is situated 500m after the railway station, on the main Viale in front of the Walls.

positiv: Breakfast, most staff persons and their help, location, cleanliness
negativ: Our first room was tragically small, though HRS said it was a standard room. Nor was the hotel full. Other rooms were available. We were offered an upgrade for another 15E. We refused. We were offered a slightly bigger room up the hall, which we gladly accepted. It was not 4* size, but of 4* quality. Other staff interactions were positive.
positiv: We rented the bikes from the hotel at an extra cost, but a good way to experience the town and ride around the wall.
positiv: Very convenient if you arrive by car. There is ample free parking and it is a short (10 minute) walk into the centre of the city. The staff are outstandingly friendly and helpful and the rooms are comfortable and modern.
