positiv: Very handy location (close to 3 metro stops on metro lines M1 and M2). Big low-cost supermarket round the corner. 2 restaurants near by (one Italian chain pizzeria and one obviously very popular restaurant.) Short walk to restaurant mile Ravizzi.
negativ: Hotel not up to 4-star standard (bathroom clean but very basic and overall way too small). Hotel seemed to have a strange mix of corporate accessories (eg soap from one chain, stationary from another). Breakfast room very dated and unpleasant. The first time I was in a 4-star (!) hotel where certain items on the breakfast buffet had to be paid EXTRA (eg the cheese, ham, yoghurt) - a totally unacceptable condition!!! Overall a 3-star hotel in an ok location. (But I wouldn't repeat going there.)
