negativ: The bathroom was disgusting and the hotel appearance and location very dim
positiv: Upon arrival the hotel was overbooked and we had change hotel for that night. But we were well taken care of and it worked out to our satisfaction. But with a very late arrival we were not prepared for the change. The starf are very helpfull and we felt welcome.
positiv: Very clean and the staff is very helpful.
negativ: The hotel needs a 'facelift' and the air-conditioning system is really old.
