positiv: Location is convenient near Milano's main train station
negativ: If you have a no air conditioning room, with only a fan, it is hard to sleep with a window open. Lots of road noise. Some rooms do have A/c and can be reached via an elevator. You need to bargain for those. It was not waht I expected but it was bearable.

negativ: Small room (not as shown in the pictures), tv without remote, water in shower is unpredictible, wi-fi is very low signal - impossible to use, but it costs 3 EUR/hour, no English language channels on TV, in the evening personel doesn't speak english, walls like from paper, can hear everything behind it.
