negativ: Internet access is very expensive. They use Swisscom and I cannot understand why any hotel uses this Internet service, they must be the most expensive .... Some hotels now offer free Wifi access and such hotels are now always my preference. It is also disappointing that this hotel also drastically increased the rates during exhibitions.
positiv: close do Metro / location
negativ: Receptionist gave me wrong directions to exhibition centre, ended up walking with heavy boxes for 1 1/4 hour in pouring rain. The map they had still had old exhibition hall numbers. Room I was given had now shower (only a bath) 2nd night I was changed to room with shower only, door was difficult to open and close there was no hot water in bidet. heating did not work minibar was not working there was no plug for laptop near desk Wifi access was very expensive! there was no business center to use Internet breakfast very basic rooms very small needless to say, I will NOT be returning the this hotel.
