negativ: We asked for a room with separate beds, but got a room with a double bed. After our request to fix this problem we got a room with two separate beds.
We asked in advance for a breakfast box as we were going to leave early in the morning. The staff on the reception confirmed that it's not a problem. In the morning, when we asked for the promised breakfast box, our question was first ignored and after we repeated the request we were told that the kitchen was closed and we could not get anything.
