negativ: Poor bed mattress, Old TV, No one music channel in TV, No radio, problematic drain in bath, Not provided Newspapers as noted during reservation. Swimming pool under reconstruction.
positiv: The moderate price, big not an expensive parking under hotel
negativ: Dirty room, poor breakfast, noisy in night, the tram under a window constantly thunder, horns of ambulance cars, something disgustingly crackled near to a bed like the electric transformer.
positiv: Excellent staff - always willing to help
negativ: No air conditioning in the room due "green" measures and no fans, either portable or ac system (minus ac) to relieve high ambient temperature, making our stay uncomfortable. In addition, we had to sleep with the windows open: unfortunately, the locals were VERY noisy into the early morning hours. AWFUL
positiv: Hotel is value for Money. Staff very helpful and professional. Excellent with family and children.
