positiv: The hotel is in a great location across from the station entrance where the Metro is also located. Excellent rooms; very clean and modern and recently decorated. Lovely buffet breakfast with friendly staff.
negativ: Hotel does not provide and iron or ironing board so bring your own travel iron. Occasionally you can feel the metro travelling under the hotel but it really did not bother us.
positiv: Staff were very helpful and professional/courteous. Hotel is very accessible from main railway station in Milan with ample choices of restaurants nearby.
Our room was really quiet and very comfortable. Breakfast choice was varied and the quality was excellent.
negativ: Choice of English speaking TV channels was very limited.
