positiv: i would stay there agin
negativ: The staff could speak better english
positiv: The hotel is in a GREAT location. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The air conditioner in the room worked great. GREAT value for the money. I would stay here again.
negativ: The king bed was actually two twins pushed together. I believe other people have mentioned this, so it might be a standard procedure in Italy/Europe. The only other negative was that the internet was really expensive (5 euros for an hour, all or nothing), with no low cost options (such as 2.50 for a half hour). Oh and just as a side note, check-out is at 10:00, not 11:00
