negativ: The local area lets it down, no facilities, 2 Restuarants. Inability to walk to Anagnina Metro station due to no footpath & V. busy road.
positiv: Close to CIA airport, free parking, good breakfast

negativ: The 'priviliged location' described is a little misleading - the surrounding area is pretty drab and the journey to Rome centre is not easy. Metro/bus tickets were difficult to purchase locally - perhaps the hotel could offer these tickets? Bed matrice very hard and not very comfortable.
