Positive: Great location at the historic heart of the city, yet a very quiet corner. Homey atmosphere. Free and not-so-bad wifi connection.
Negative: Each time you enter the building you have to ring the doorbell and tell them who you are. The flights of steps leading to the second floor where the hotel is require quite some effort, while the lift is tiny and not easy to use. Sound proofing is poor if at all existent (with a family with little children next door, I didn't have to bother setting on my wake-up alarm). Breakfast is nothing more than basic. To plug in my netbook, I had to search for a socket and found only one below the table that fed the minibar and it was barely holding in place.
