Positive: The hotel has a lot of spacious places. Good for large parties and conferences.

Negative: There were not many guests in the hotel, but still it looked very under staffed. If only two guests comes to reception, there is already a queue. Concier or Guest relation staff is very scarce. The lobby is overdecorated with sofas of same colour. All the sofas are placed in a way so that the front lobby looks like a furniture shop with no aesthetic sense.

Negative: 1. Restaurant: medium quaity food; mediocre service
2. Location: very inconvenient to use public transport; had to rely on expensive taxis
