negativ: Rooms in need of renovation. By booking with HRS I had as gratuity a complimentary bottle of water. When I asked for it they replied that they have only an automatic machine and I had to pay 1.50€ for a bottle!

positiv: Good location, close to the centre of Triest (however not 0,0km as written in hotel description, you have to walk 10min)
Nice and helpful staff
negativ: Dirty bathroom looked like no one was cleaning there, only exchanging towels (hair and fluff on the floor etc.)
Poor quality of breakfast. Tasteless meat, cheese as well as croissant, coffee was awful.
