positiv: The staff were very helpful when it came to advising on restaurants and went out of their way to telephone several restaurants in order to assure a reservation on a very busy bank-holiday weekend.
negativ: The only criticism I would make is that the breakfast area is somewhat on the small size, cramped and not very cosy because it is in the main lobby. But this is perhaps only a problem in winter when you cannot go outside and eat on the patio.
