positiv: Staff offered to post letter, suggested short cuts, and were very helpful. Breakfast served in room exceptionally good. Turn down service.
negativ: Interior is Victorian in style, and a little cluttered for my taste, terrace not open as advertised, and no good instruction book in English in room-internet connection in room did not work - a short guide would help.
