positiv: A modern hotel across the road from the intercity bus station, & a 5-6 min walk from the train station. A bus to the airport leaves from the stop opposite the hotel.
The Old Town is a 25-30 min stroll away, or can be reached via a few of the trolleybuses from the same bus stop. St Michael the Archangel Cathedral is a 12-15 min walk away.
The Breakfast is very good, with a great hot & cold food buffet.
negativ: Apart from a small 8-22 hour supermarket, I could not see any cafes or restaurants near the hotel to catch dinner on a late arrival.
positiv: reception personnel very friendly and extremely helpfull. could no do more.
negativ: breakfast was ok, but no bacon or scrambled eggs which is a standard
negativ: Our room was on the 7th floor overlooking the main road and despite the windows closed, it was quite noisy. Their were air vents above the windows which allowed the sound to travel.
