Negative: Wake up call for early morning flight was requested at 4:30am and did not ring until 4:57am! As a result, I missed the 5:30 am shuttle, had to walk to the airport and nearly missed my flight.
Positive: room nice spacious, bright, clean. Several things didnt work, but were always immediately remedied in friendly way. location w easy access to airport and city, free parking.
Negative: Parking poorly lit at night, dirty. Autumn leaves lying around in January! Backdoor entrance grubby, dirty. Worst of all being charged outrageously € 72 for local calls! When so much is done to offer free surfing to laptop users, etc why rip off a simple caller? Local calls used to be reasonably priced in hotels, at least there should have been a notice to inform of the cost (ca €1 per minute) I also found the door to the outer staircase locked on the third floor. What would happen in the event of a fire?
Positive: Very close to the Findel airport however the hotel is quiet! Lazy Sunday & Free Minibar available.
Negative: The booked room type (KS bed) was not available as described...no upgrade possible?
Waiters were not very kind to let us serve 20mins before closing the bf area - we note the guy was checking his watch!
Besides during breakfast, waiters were cleaning tables next to our with chemical products!
