positiv: LOCATION AND QUIETNESS OF THE STREET IS EXCELLENT.
negativ: SINGLE ROOM IS TOO SMALL AND TOO CRAMPED. BED POSSITION AND READING LAMPS AND TV VERY AWKWARDLY LOCATED. BATH ROOM IN NEED OF GOOD REFURBISHING. NO TEE COFFEE FACILITIES. NO MINIBAR. CLEANING STAFF VERY NOISY AT CORRIDORS . ESPECIALY FOR A SUNDAY MORNING AT 08.00 AM. FOR EXAMPLE THEY FORGOT TOWELS IN THE ROOM AND WHEN I HAVE REQUESTED THEM THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY CAN NOT BRING TO THE ROOM AND I HAVE TO COME DOWN TO THE RECEPTION TO PICK THEM UP.
positiv: Easy access to the tram-only 2 minutes. The staff were very helpful.
positiv: Hotel is conveniently located on a very pleasant quiet, treed residental street steps to museums, city, public transport, upscale shops and restaurants. We werre most impressed with helpfulness of staff. When we encountered a problem with our rental car pick up, the owner went out of his way, taking up hours of his time, to assist us. He drove us to the car pick up location and stood by to ensure we received the service promised. That is why we like family run, small hotels. Personalized service!
