positiv: the hotel is in the center of the city. Next to the market, to the Dam square. Just opposite the shoping center.Very good location. Best value for money.
negativ: The lift was too slow and the bathroom was too small. I did not like the policy of the hotel, which uppon the guest's arrival, keeps the data of guest's credit card and charges it with 70 euros, in case the guest leaves without paying the bill for some extra services and amenities (e.g. mini-bar, internet, pay-tv etc). Additioanlly, internet service was too expensive.
positiv: service at breakfast very friendly, got a double room for single room price without requesting it
negativ: electricity switch was humming noisily when card was inserted, furniture dark and depressing, TV screen snowy, TV system program a nightmare to get through
