positiv: Politefull and always ready for help of the hotel staff with a smile. Hotel is in the centrum of Amsterdam

positiv: This hotel is very well located and offers reasonable value for money. Aside from the location, the staff are very friendly and helpful too. Oh and breakfast, like the hotel itself, was a bit basic but an enjoyable experience and did the job! I'd definitely recommend this hotel for travellers on a budget.
negativ: I was asked to pay for my room upfront which was a bit unusual and the room was a little on the small side (especially the show which was squeezed next to the toilet!). Also, there were building works in the street outside but the morning noise was not a problem for me as I was there on business and it got me up early! But leisure travellers might want to ask for a room at the rear or on the side.
