positiv: Location and the attention of the employees within the consierge area.
negativ: Room ilumination is not good, in both the bedroom and the bathroom.

Room was very clean.
Location is fantastic.
It is a nice hotel with all the trimmings.
Gym looked nice, even had a yoga room upstairs (though I did not see it).
negativ: Bathroom designed for a giant. Am 5'7" (170cm), could only see my face in the mirror, barely reach the hairdryer or the towel rack. Shower was off center of a narrow bathtub, uncomfortable standing. Water very uneven hot/cold, though not unbearable.
Room was large but desk small.
Bed comfortable for me but my husband who sleeps on his stomach would have slept very poorly.
Rather worn furniture (nicks and scrapes) and nicks in the bathroom tiles.
NH brand toilettries are mandarine, horribly strong - if I didn't have my own, I would have gone out and bought my own toilettries.
Hotel rated in some plces as 4-5 star - hotel is that, but rooms are 3 star. You are paying for the location.

negativ: overpriced rooms 4109
negativ: There is a need for noise-proofing these rooms, at least changing the doors so they are sound-proof. Also, the bathroom doors were actually two panels of wood that came together but left a small gap in the middle! This of course, meant the bathroom was not noise proof.
positiv: reception staff warm and welcoming.
negativ: my breakfast served in my room came with a few jam jars which we already opened and used which was disgusting, and i had to ask for another breakfast slip for my order for the following day.
